Every session is a safe space to explore challenges, celebrate progress, and develop tools that fit your life. I believe coaching should feel empowering, manageable, and nurturing so you can show up as your best self without losing yourself along the way.

Walk-Talk coaching combines the benefits of traditional coaching with the natural boost of movement and fresh air. Stepping outside your usual environment can help you think more clearly, release tension, and feel grounded.

The first step is simply reaching out. Once you express interest, we’ll set up a complimentary discovery call where we can connect, talk through what you’re looking for, and see if coaching feels like the right next step for you. This call is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation designed to bring clarity and ensure you feel supported from the very beginning.

How it Works & What is Included
Getting started is simple. After you complete your complimentary discovery call you can choose a single drop-in session or purchase a package that fits your needs. Sessions are offered both virtually and in person, allowing flexibility for your season of life.
Once your session or package is purchased, you’ll receive a personal email from me to schedule our time together.
For in-person walk & talk sessions, we’ll choose a meeting location together based on your location and what feels most comfortable and accessible for both of us.
Sessions can be just for you, or you’re welcome to bring your baby if that’s more supportive in this season. My goal is to ease the stress around childcare while still protecting time and space dedicated to you.
Coaching packages are designed to offer consistent, supportive guidance over time. Packages must be used within the timeframe that best supports steady progress: drop-in sessions are valid for 30 days, 3-session packages for 3 months, and 6-session packages for 6 months. This helps ensure continuity, momentum, and meaningful support throughout your coaching experience.
All sessions include personalized coaching plus supportive text check-ins between sessions.
Cancellation & Session Policies
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or to reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
• Drop-in sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase.
• 3-session packages must be used within 3 months of purchase.
• 6-session packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.
Weather Disclaimer
Walk-Talk sessions are held outdoors when weather conditions allow, and cooler temperatures are often comfortable with appropriate clothing. In the event of rain, snow, or unsafe weather conditions, clients may choose to reschedule their session up to 3 hours before the scheduled session due to weather, without penalty. If the weather is inclement but you’d still like to meet, we can shift our session to a nearby coffee shop instead — my treat.
