What is coaching, and how is it different from therapy?
Coaching is a supportive, collaborative space focused on where you are now and where you want to go. Together, we explore patterns, challenges, and goals, and work toward meaningful, sustainable shifts in your life. Coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, but it can be incredibly helpful for self-reflection, growth, and emotional support during transitions—especially motherhood.
Who do you work with?
I work with moms at any stage — from pregnancy through postpartum and beyond. Whether you’re balancing work, staying home, or somewhere in between, my sessions are designed to meet you where you are and support you emotionally, mentally, and practically.
What can I expect from a coaching session?
Sessions are a safe, judgment-free space to slow down and focus on you. We’ll explore what’s feeling heavy, identify areas of growth or change, and gently work toward clarity and empowerment. Sessions may include reflection, thoughtful questions, emotional processing, and practical shifts—always at a pace that feels supportive and grounded.
Can I bring my baby with me during walk-talk sessions?
Yes — you’re always welcome to bring your baby if that feels easier for you. I never want childcare to be a barrier to your support. At the same time, this space is intentionally designed to center you, so we’ll work together to make sure you’re still getting the focused, supportive time you deserve.

Packages are also available for those looking for ongoing support.
All sessions include 1–2 supportive text check-ins per week between sessions to help you feel connected and supported in real life.
What are text check-ins?
Text check-ins are gentle points of connection between sessions. This may include encouragement, reflection prompts, or brief support as things come up. While not crisis support, they help bridge sessions and remind you that you’re not alone in the process.
Do you offer a discovery call?
Yes. Before beginning coaching, we’ll schedule a complimentary discovery call. This is a relaxed conversation where you can share what you’re hoping for, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit. There’s no pressure — just clarity and connection.
How do I book a session?
You can reach out through the 'Let's Connect' form on my website. From there, we’ll schedule your discovery call or first session based on your needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
How long are session packages valid?

Single drop-in sessions must be used within 30 days

Is coaching confidential?
Yes. Everything shared during sessions and check-ins is treated with care and confidentiality, within the bounds of ethical and legal guidelines.
